Western Red Cedar is a naturally durable softwood widely used for exterior cladding. Its relatively low density makes the boards lightweight and easy to handle, while the timber’s natural extractives help resist moisture and decay.
Western Red Cedar displays natural colour variation ranging from lighter honey tones through to deeper browns. Left untreated, it gradually weathers to a silver-grey finish over time.
